High Calories beverages such as beer and soda are consumed more by men as compared to women and similarly there snacks also have a higher calorie level so men tend to be obese also. Now if you are a man and want to loose weight then running is the best thing especially when you combine Running with things like healthy eating and cutting Calories from your food.
Running is the best practice to loose your weight by burning your calories. There is a concept that exercises for weight loss should be hard and ruthless to give a shape to body which is not a good concept. In fact the key is to go at it slowly and not push your self too hard as body needs time for being used to the habit of running especially when you don’t have the habit of exercise before that.
Beverages are not good for your weight loss process:
Weight loss system for men can’t be completed successfully unless until men change their calorie intake and healthy eating.
Be more conscious of your alcohol intake as a single shot of liquor contains as much calories as a can of beer- some times more, so try to switch from consuming a six-pack regularly to one glass of liquor, which will reduce calories and finally the weight.

If you tend to eat more during your meal then try to cut it back. Try to take more protein in your meal especially in breakfast in the shape of eggs and bacon packs instead of wimpy cereals and grains, as they are full of sugar you don’t need.
Going For Some Running?

Consider some simple steps before and after your running routine like always start and end your running with breathing exercise which just includes to take air into your lungs, hold it for few seconds and then exhale. This will help in lessen the stress on your lungs during running.
Do Some Stretches before and after running which will prevent you from leg muscle issues later in life.
Try to run in park instead on roads to prevent long term knee damage later in life.
In final step I would like to recommend you about shorten running sessions as you are running for your weight loss and not for training of Olympic so there is no need to spent a lot of time and energy on running because short bursts are much more enough to loose weight.
